에어샤워터널을 통과해서 생산현장에 투입될 수 있습니다

제품생산관리를 위하여, 생산공간과 원재료 공간은 철저히 구분하여 관리하고 있습니다.
원재료는 별도의 화물용 리프트로 이동되며, 오토믹서기를 통하여 정밀한 원료배합과 제어가 이루어지고,
오토피딩시스템을 통하여 원료실에서 생산현장의 각 기기로 원료가 자동으로 투입되도록 설비가 갖추어져 있습니다.

For product production management, the production space and raw material space are thoroughly separated and managed.
The raw materials are transferred to a separate heating and demanding lift, precise mixing and control of raw materials through an auto-mixer,
and facilities are equipped to automatically feed raw materials from the raw material room to each device
in the production site through an automatic feeding system.

제품품질관리 측면에서 제품은 사출 또는 블로우 성형 후
투명 커버로 덮인 중앙 컨베이어를 통하여 포장실로 이동되도록 하여
혹시 모를 이동 중 오염을 사전에 차단하고, 포장실은 항온·항습실로 공기정화시스템을 사용하여 관리되고 있습니다.
모든 기기는 기계운전일지를 작성하여 관리하고 있으며, 자체적으로 성형상태와 오염, 흑점 및 불량을 검사하는 관능검사와
출하대기검사를 통해 철저한 제품 품질검사를 수행하고 있습니다.아울러 국가가 지정한 시험검사기관에 정기적으로 시험검사를 의뢰하여
식약청의 기준과 규격에 따라 품질을 관리하고 있습니다.
